Rustic Inn
TKG Construction completed the installation of 30 new resort cabins for the Rustic Inn Resort in 2012, owned by Johnson Resorts. We also completed the construction of a new commercial laundry on site to service both of the Johnson Resort Properties. We additionally developed the riverside improvements, including 600’ of boardwalk and docks for the swimming pond.
TKG was contracted again to complete a total remodel of 34 of the original historic cabins for Johnson Resorts. 21 of these units we original stack log construction, which we updated to complement the modern rustic finishes of the resort. These old units are now some of the most desirable at the resort.
